What does working at NerdWallet look like?
In 2021, I redesigned NerdWallet’s employee brand experience. From our public-facing landing pages to detailed job description pages and application flows, I worked closely with Natalie Cowan and Justin Sanders to showcase the company NerdWallet had become in recent years.

Value prop development & content audit
First, we developed a distinct and ownable value proposition to answer the question “why work at NerdWallet?” that exists across all employee and recruiting touchpoints. This framework would act as our north star as we audited and optimized the information architecture throughout the experience.

Look and feel
Once we felt good about the architecture of our updated site, we designed a new look and feel for the experience that felt accessible and uniquely Nerdy.
The result
By the end of the project, we revamped the entire end-to-end experience, from the initial landing pages to specific job descriptions and application flows. The redesign of NerdWallet’s employer brand pages showcased what the company had to offer as we progressed towards becoming the public, remote-first company we are today.
